随着成人高等成人教育使命与外部环境的变化,成人高等教育必须进行根本性的转型,这是理论界与实践界的共识。那么如何转型呢?理论界与实践界众说纷纭,未能达成共识。研究认为当前成人高等教育的需求具有分层化、多元化、个性化等显著特征,形成了头部市场与长尾市场并重的双重市场格局。为满足分层化、多元化、个性化的成人高等教育需求,从长尾理论的视野,基于横向专业化分工的O2O整合型学习平台,构建“客户驱动、学校主导、服务外包”的成人高等教育全价值链整合战略及其运行机制。
With the change of the adult higher adult education mission and the external environment, adult higher education must undergo a fundamental transformation. This is the consensus of theorists and practitioners. So how to change it? There are different opinions in theory and practice, and no consensus can be reached. The research suggests that the current needs of adult higher education are characterized by stratification, diversification and individualization, forming a dual market pattern that places equal emphasis on the head market and the long tail market. In order to meet the needs of stratified, diversified and personalized adult higher education, from the perspective of long tail theory, O2O integrated learning platform based on horizontal specialized division of labor, to build “customer-driven, school-led, service outsourcing” Adult Higher Education Full Value Chain Integration Strategy and Its Operating Mechanism.
