为了改善绩效、创造竞争优势,许多制造企业引进并实施了先进制造技术(AMT)。在京津冀协同发展战略布局下,传统茶企转型升级需要企业人力资源管理进行很好的配合和支持。如何在AMT环境下实施人力资源培训这一重要的人力资源管理活动?论文就此提出了解决对策。
In order to improve performance and create competitive advantages, many manufacturing companies have introduced and implemented Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT). Under the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the transformation and upgrading of traditional tea enterprises requires the cooperation and support of enterprise human resources management. How to implement human resources training as an important human resource management activity in the AMT environment? This paper proposes a solution.
