对自来水厂除锰细菌的3种固定化途径进行了实验分析,表明生态平衡的自然固定化能够在短期内高效、稳定地除锰,通过控制运行参数和水质,把滤柱的除锰成熟期缩短为50d.单一菌种的戊二醛交联法固定效果快(2—7d),但除锰时间短;用人工培养基固定混合菌种时发现了“漏锰”现象,探讨了它的机理.对影响细菌除锰和固定化的水质因素,如pH、Fe2+、Mn2+、O2、CO2、滤速、反冲洗强度、过滤周期等因素进行了实验测试并得到合适的指标,为生产上的应用提供了重要的实验依据.
