日本当药(Swertia japonica)是日本和其他国家广泛使用的民间药物之一,但关于其抗糖尿病的作用迄今未有报道。文中报道了日本当药的乙醇提取物及其组分对链脲菌素诱发的大鼠糖尿病的降血糖作用,并与降血糖药甲苯磺丁脲和丁福明的混合物(阳性对照组)以及另一具有降血糖作用的植物S.chirayita进行了比较。 材料制备:将阴干的全株切成小块,以70%乙醇回流(3h,2h,2h),收集回流液,减压蒸干后得暗绿色粘性固体。取部分固体悬浮在蒸馏水中,以乙酸乙酯提取。减压浓缩乙酸乙酯提取层,得乙酸乙酯可溶性组分。水层用正丁醇提取,减压浓缩正丁醇提取层,得正丁醇可溶性组分。乙酸乙酯可
Swertia japonica is one of the most widely used folk medicines in Japan and other countries, but its anti-diabetic effect has not been reported so far. This article reports on the hypoglycemic effect of ethanol extract and its components from Japanese medicine on streptozotocin-induced diabetes in rats and a mixture with hypoglycemic agents tolbutamide and butylfoam (positive control group) and another S.chirayita, a plant with a hypoglycemic effect, was compared. Material preparation: The dried whole plant was cut into small pieces and refluxed with 70% ethanol (3h, 2h, 2h). The reflux was collected and evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure to give a dark green sticky solid. A portion of the solid was suspended in distilled water and extracted with ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate extract layer was concentrated under reduced pressure to give ethyl acetate soluble fraction. The aqueous layer was extracted with n-butanol, and the n-butanol extract layer was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain n-butanol-soluble components. Ethyl acetate
