提出了基于氧化还原反应,用高锰酸钾和高铁试剂测定微最NO+2~-的新型反应体系。荧光强度与NO_2的浓度成反比。反应在较强酸性介质中进行。方法的灵敏度为0.0025μg/ml NO_2~-。适用于水样、肉制品和纯硝酸盐中微量NO_2~-的测定。
A new reaction system based on the redox reaction with potassium permanganate and high-iron reagent for the determination of NO + 2 ~ is proposed. Fluorescence intensity is inversely proportional to NO 2 concentration. The reaction is carried out in a more acidic medium. The sensitivity of the method was 0.0025μg / ml NO_2 ~ -. It is suitable for the determination of trace amount of NO 2 - in water sample, meat product and pure nitrate.
