以珠三角地区高科技企业为研究对象,探讨了社会资本、知识分享与团队绩效三者的关系。结果表明:社会资本对团队绩效存在显著的正向影响;社会资本对知识分享存在显著的正向影响;知识分享在社会资本与团队绩效之间起着部分中介作用。最后,探讨了本研究的实践意义,对企业如何通过社会资本管理与知识分享管理来提高团队绩效提供一些建议。
Taking the high-tech enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as the research object, this paper discusses the relationship between social capital, knowledge sharing and team performance. The results show that: social capital has a significant positive effect on team performance; social capital has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing; and knowledge sharing plays a partial intermediary role between social capital and team performance. Finally, it explores the practical significance of this study and gives some suggestions on how to improve the team performance through social capital management and knowledge sharing management.
