目的:观察凹凸棒泡腾消毒片的杀菌效果及其毒性。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验、动物急性毒性试验及长期毒性试验方法进行了实验研究。结果:5 mg/L凹凸棒泡腾消毒片溶液在2、5、10及20 min对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的平均杀灭率均在95%以上。凹凸棒泡腾消毒片水溶液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50>5000 mg/kg;按照大剂量30 mg/kg(为人一日用量的180倍)、中剂量15 mg/kg(为人一日用量的90倍)和小剂量7.5 mg/kg(为人一日用量的45倍)连续3个月给大鼠灌胃给药未见其引起的异常改变及延缓性毒性损害。结论:凹凸棒泡腾消毒片对于金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌具有良好的杀菌效果,动物实验属于无毒级。
Objective: To observe the bactericidal effect and toxicity of attapulgite effervescent tablets. Methods: Quantitative bactericidal test of suspension, acute toxicity test and long-term toxicity test were carried out. Results: The average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans in 5 mg / L attapulgite disinfectant solution were above 95% at 2, 5, 10 and 20 min.
