目的对我国云南产5种石斛的内生真菌进行分离,并研究其抗菌活性,以获取5种石斛内生真菌的资源及分布情况,获得具有良好抗菌活性的菌株,同时为深入地了解石斛与内生真菌协同进化的共生关系提供参考。方法以平板分离法分离内生真菌;用琼脂块法对获取的菌株进行抗菌活性筛选。结果从5种石斛中共分离获得155株内生真菌;其中共有48株真菌对至少1种供试验菌株有抗菌活性,占总分离菌株的30.97%。结论5种石斛中内生真菌种类丰富,分离和筛选具抗菌内生真菌是获取天然抗菌活性物质的有效途径。
OBJECTIVE To isolate endophytic fungi from five species of Dendrobium in Yunnan, China and study their antibacterial activities to obtain the resources and distribution of five endophytic fungi of Dendrobium, obtain the strains with good antibacterial activity, Endophytic fungi symbiotic symbiotic relationship provide a reference. Methods Endophytic fungi were isolated by plate separation method. The antibacterial activity of the obtained strains was screened by agar block method. Results A total of 155 endophytic fungi were isolated from five species of Dendrobium. Among them, 48 fungi had antibacterial activity against at least one of the tested strains, accounting for 30.97% of the total isolates. Conclusions Endophytic fungi are abundant in five kinds of Dendrobium. Isolation and screening of antibacterial endophytic fungi is an effective way to obtain natural antimicrobial active substances.
