目的动态观察多种营养素和蛋白质协同拮抗氟中毒对大鼠卵巢损伤的效果。方法将120只断乳2周清洁级SD雌性大鼠按体重随机分为4组,分别为对照组、氟中毒组、营养素干预组、营养素+强化蛋白干预组,每组30只。对照组大鼠食用非病区玉米加工饲料(含氟5.2 mg/kg,蛋白含量为18%);氟中毒组大鼠食用病区高氟泥煤烘烤玉米加工饲料(含氟96 mg/kg,蛋白含量为18%);营养素干预组大鼠饲料是在氟中毒组饲料基础上加入多维营养素添加片(含氟96 mg/kg,添加片剂量为2.08 g/kg,蛋白含量为18%);营养素+强化蛋白干预组大鼠饲料在营养素干预组饲料的基础上加入大豆蛋白粉(含氟96 mg/kg,添加片剂量为2.08 g/kg,蛋白含量为30%)。采用自由摄食的方法进行染毒。分别于第60、120、180天,检测处于动情期大鼠血清中睾酮(T)、雌二醇、孕酮(P)、抑制素(Inh)的含量。结果氟中毒组大鼠血清P、雌二醇、Inh水平降低,而T水平升高。两干预组血清P、雌二醇、Inh、T的紊乱程度明显减轻,且随着时间的延长逐渐恢复正常水平。第180天时两干预组血清P、雌二醇水平已经恢复到正常水平;而血清T、Inh水平介于染氟和对照组之间,且更接近对照组。结论多种营养素对氟中毒所致大鼠血清卵巢相关激素的分泌紊乱具有拮抗作用,加入蛋白质后对损伤的拮抗作用有所增强。
Objective To dynamically observe the effect of various nutrients and proteins in antagonizing fluorosis on ovarian injury in rats. Results The level of serum P, estradiol, Inh and the level of T in fluorosis group were decreased. The levels of serum P, estradiol, Inh, T in the two intervention groups were significantly reduced, and gradually recovered to normal levels with time. On the 180th day, the levels of serum P and estradiol in the two intervention groups returned to normal levels; while the levels of serum T and Inh were between the levels of fluoride and the control group, and were closer to the control group. Conclusion Various nutrients have an antagonistic effect on the disorder of secretion of serum ovarian hormone in rats induced by fluoride poisoning, and the antagonism of injury is enhanced by the addition of protein.
