随着医疗市场的日益成熟,患者的自我保护意识和对医疗护理需求的提高,护患纠纷上午发生率也呈上升趋势。为了更好的预防以及减少医院发生的医患纠纷,本文详细的分析整理临床护理工作中存在的医患纠纷原因以及涉及的纠纷内容、护理人员与患者之间的关系处理等。根据现在发生的医患纠纷的情况提出相关的改善措施,以达到提高患者满意度,尽量减少医患纠纷的发生。
With the growing maturity of the medical market, patient self-protection awareness and the demand for medical care, the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the morning also showed an upward trend. In order to better prevent and reduce hospital-patient-patient disputes, this paper analyzes in detail the causes of the disputes between doctors and patients in clinical nursing and the contents of the disputes involved, the relationship between nursing staff and patients. Relevant improvement measures are put forward according to the current situation of doctor-patient dispute in order to improve patient satisfaction and minimize the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes.
