在语文教学实践中,广大教师都曾进行过课程资源的整合利用,但都不是有意识地、自觉地进行,且基本上局限于教学大纲、教学计划、教学参考和教科书,最多扩展到课外读物、教学挂图和多媒体等。教师的教学行为也往往只遵循教学大纲,执行教学计划,这已不能适应语文教育改革和发展,不能适应社会发展对学生语文素质的要求,要想全面提高学生语文能力和综合素质,开发和利用语文课程资源已成为不容忽视的重要举措。
