应用重力测量法 ,对淄博市空气中致敏花粉进行一年的曝片调查。全年曝片 36 5张 ,共检出花粉 10 898粒 ,36科属 ;全年均可见到花粉飘散 ,并出现两次花粉飘散高峰期 ,分别在 3~ 6月和 7~ 9月。其主要致敏花粉为篙属、大麻律草属、悬铃木属和扬属等。应用本地优势致敏花粉抗原为 376例变应性鼻炎患者做皮内试验 ,阳性率为 74 5 % ,对照组为 9 7%(P <0 0 1)。采用花粉抗原为 86 4例变应性鼻炎患者进行特异性免疫治疗 ,临床控制率为 76 7% ,对照组为 2 4 0 % (P <0 0 1)。结果初步证实致敏花粉是变应性鼻炎的重要病因 ,花粉的飘散高峰期与花粉性变应性鼻炎病人的发病季节相一致。应用花粉抗原进行免疫治疗取得了显著的疗效
Gravimetric method was used to investigate the sensitized pollen in Zibo city for one year. A total of 36 5 leaflets were detected throughout the year, of which 10,898 pollen grains and 36 families were detected. Pollen floating was observed throughout the year, with two peak pollen blooms occurring in March-June and July-September respectively. The main sensitized pollen is Tara genus, genus cannabis, genus Platanus and Jan. In this study, 376 patients with allergic rhinitis were sensitized with local predominance pollen antigens, and the positive rate was 74.5% in the control group and 97% in the control group (P <0.01). Eighty-four patients with allergic rhinitis were immunized with pollen antigen, with a clinical control rate of 76.7% and a control group of 240% (P <0.01). The results initially confirmed that the sensitized pollen is an important cause of allergic rhinitis, the peak of the pollination and pollen allergic rhinitis in patients with the onset of the season is consistent.
