With the development of the tertiary industry, the social demand for service industry is getting higher and higher, and the requirements of the same star-rated hotels for staff quality have also gone up. Front-line employees need a lot of time and financial resources to improve their professional qualities, but the hotel industry for employee benefits did not increase as the requirements increase. From 2007 to 2012, the tourism industry in China maintained a growth rate of 8%. However, under the excellent situation of this situation, the average salary of the hotel industry is declining year-by-year in comparison with other industries. In particular, Salary and benefits are hardly attractive. Low hotel staff salaries lead to a series of butterfly effects, both for the hotel and the staff themselves are more beneficial than the impact. Front-line staff refers to the hotel staff directly to customer service. Including front desk reception staff, restaurant waiter, room service staff, Leisure Department staff and so on.
