着眼于“文化强国”的战略要求、航天事业的飞速发展以及期刊出版大变革的背景，论述航天科技期刊编辑应具备的文化素养及所承担的文化使命。还以实例就如何利用封页与补白宣扬航天文化作了阐述。,In view of on the strategic requirements ＂cultural power＂ of our country, the rapid development of space industry and the background of periodical publishing reform, this paper analyzes the cultural accomplishment that aerospace sci-teeh joal editors should have and assumes the cultural mission they need to bear. The ways to make full use of the cover pages and the filler space for carrying forward the aerospace spirit are also illustrated with examples.
