胆囊癌具有发病隐匿和预后差的特点[1],至今其病因和发病机制不明确。Plk1(polo-like kinase 1)作为Polo-like激酶家族的重要成员,与中心体成熟及肿瘤发生、发展关系密切[2]FoxM1(Forkhead box M1)是一种增殖特异性的核转录因子,与肿瘤发生的多种信号传导通路相关[3]。二者在胆囊癌中的表达及其相互关系尚不清楚。本实验运用免疫组化法检测胆囊癌中Plk1和FoxM1的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。
Gallbladder cancer has the characteristics of occult onset and poor prognosis [1], so far the etiology and pathogenesis is not clear. As an important member of Polo-like kinase family, Plk1 (polo-like kinase 1) is closely related to centrosome maturation and tumorigenesis and development. [2] FoxM1 (Forkhead box M1) is a proliferation-specific nuclear transcription factor A variety of tumor signaling pathways related [3]. The two expression in gallbladder cancer and their relationship is not clear. In this study, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Plk1 and FoxM1 in gallbladder carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features.
