子宫内膜异位症发病率和复发率均很高,因此,需对子宫内膜异位症的发病机制有更深入的了解。寻找子宫内膜异位症标志物,不仅可以反映细胞的病理改变、疾病发生发展过程中的分子变化,从而了解子宫内膜异位症的发病机制,而且可为异位症诊断和导向治疗打下基础。现在,以蛋白质双向凝胶电泳、质谱为代表的蛋白质组学技术已成为发现新的分子标记物的有力工具,在肿瘤研究中应用甚广。现就蛋白质组学技术用于寻找子宫内膜异位症标志物的研究作一综述。
Endometriosis incidence and recurrence rates are high, therefore, need to have a more in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Looking for markers of endometriosis, not only can reflect the pathological changes of cells, molecular changes in the development of the disease, so as to understand the pathogenesis of endometriosis, but also for the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic lay down basis. Now, proteomics technology represented by protein two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry has become a powerful tool for discovering new molecular markers and has been widely used in tumor research. A review is given on the research of proteomic techniques for finding markers of endometriosis.
