国务院确定的“指导、咨询、协调、服务”是商会的四大主要职能。其中最重要的是服务。作为一个服务机构,企业对商会的评价、检验最终都落实在服务的质量和水平上;对公司业务进行专业化指导,让企业知道如何规避风险、恪守行规;联合中国驻外经商处、国外同行商会、国内权威机构,对公司业务的方方面面做专业咨询;根据行业原则,对境外市场多家中国公司竞争进行专业化协调。
