田径业余训练肩负着培养田径运动后备人才以及发展竞技体育的重任。在训练过程中,由于机体生理化的改变,从而导致人体运动能力暂时下降,这种在一定时间内引起机体工作能力暂时下降、难受、全身疲乏,属于正常的生理现象,只要经过合理调整和适当休息,即可使运功能力得以恢复,甚至能超过原有的运劝水平。但如果在长期训练的过程中没有一个科学的恢复过程,就一定会影响运动员的成绩提高。
