目的分析研究责任分组管理在提升手术室护理管理质量中实施的可行性。方法选取某医院30名在编护士作为研究对象,于2015年6月根据医院手术室护理管理需要对护理人员进行责任分组管理;比较分组前后手术器械卫生、专科器械设备使用和保养合格情况;护理人员对手术医生手术习惯的了解程度;手术医生对护理人员的满意度;护理人员五项实践技能考核评分变化。结果分组后专科器械卫生及使用合格率分别为92.00%、90.00%,均显著高于分组前(P<0.05);护理人员对手术医生了解度高达90.00%显著高于分组前(P<0.05);手术医生对护理人员满意度高达92.00%显著高于分组前(P<0.05);护理人员五项实践技能评分均有明显上升,且显著高于分组前(P<0.05)。结论责任分组管理责任明确,组织领导到位在手术室护理管理中实施中效果显著,是确保手术顺利开展的一项措施,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the feasibility of researching responsibility group management in improving the quality of operation nursing management. Methods A total of 30 nurses in a hospital were selected as research object. According to the needs of nursing management in the operating room of the hospital in June 2015, the nursing staffs were divided into groups according to their responsibilities. Before and after the grouping, the health of surgical instruments, the use and maintenance of special equipment were compared. The degree of understanding of the surgical operation habit of the surgeon; the satisfaction of the surgeon to the nursing staff; and the change of the five practical skills assessment scores of the nursing staff. Results The qualified rate of specialist instruments after grouping was 92.00% and 90.00%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those before grouping (P <0.05) (P0.05). The score of five practice skills of nursing staff increased obviously, which was significantly higher than that of before nursing care (P0.05). Conclusion Responsibility group management responsibility is clear, the organization and leadership in place in the operating room nursing management in the implementation of significant effect is to ensure the smooth operation of a measure to be worthy of promotion and application.
