随着2012,2013年金沙江下游向家坝、溪洛渡水库的建成投运,形成了世界上规模最大的流域梯级水库群-长江干流梯级水库群(溪洛渡-向家坝-三峡-葛洲坝).长江干流梯级水库群防洪库容277亿m~3、调节库容239亿m~3、总装机43835 MW,具有防洪、发电、航运、供水和生态等巨大的综合利用效益.近几年,基于梯级水库群联合蓄放次序调度理论,采用库容效率法对长江干流梯级水库群在联合防洪、蓄水和消落等方面进行了初步探索和实践.结果表明:长江干流梯级水库群的联合调度不仅能充分保障长江流域的防洪安全与淡水资源安全,同时也能有效改善长江流域生态环境,发挥长江航运“黄金水道”的作用,以及进一步提高长江流域水资源利用率,服务国家“西电东送”、“节能减排”能源战略,为促进长江经济带的战略发展发挥重要作用.
With the completion and operation of Xiangjiaba and Xiluodu reservoirs in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River in 2012 and 2013, the largest cascade reservoirs in the world - the Cascade Reservoirs of the Yangtze River (Xiluodu - Xiangjiaba - Three Gorges - Gezhouba) are formed.
