卫生防疫工作线长面广,流动性大,任务艰巨,且时限性强。在管理工作中,如何充分调动其部属的积极性,去圆满完成纷繁琐杂的防疫任务,是值得管理者探讨的一大课题。而奖励就是激励人们的一种重要手段,然笔者近期在衡阳、津市等地的调查小发现:卫生防疫部门在开展奖励工作中,一般是采取年终评比“算总帐”的做法,而对于在平时工作中有显著成就、表现十分突出的部属不能及时地给予奖励和表彰,行政奖励活动几乎死水一潭,极不活跃,群众对此很有意见。
The health and epidemic prevention work line is long and wide, with high mobility, arduous tasks, and strong time limits. In the management work, how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of its subordinates and to successfully complete the numerous and tedious tasks of preventing epidemics is a topic that is worthy of discussion by managers. The reward is an important means to motivate people. However, the author’s recent findings in Hengyang, Tsu, and other places revealed that the hygiene and epidemic prevention departments are generally adopting the year-end appraisal “calculating general ledger”. Those subordinates who have made outstanding achievements in their peacetime work and who have performed outstandingly cannot be rewarded and commended in a timely manner. Administrative incentive activities are almost dead and inactive, and the masses are very opinionated.
