以穿孔管布水系统均匀性的理论计算为基础,结合流体动力学(CFD)三维仿真模拟,通过对仿真结果中孔口流速、压力等相关信息的分析,提出布水均匀性的改进方法。经过工程实例验证,多孔同时出流时相互影响产生的流场微观变化对布水均匀性有很大影响,并提出在流速较低的地方通过局部加密开孔可以改善流场、平衡流量,进而优化布水均匀性。
Based on the theoretical calculation of the uniformity of perforated pipe distribution system and combined with the CFD three-dimensional simulation, the improved method for the uniformity of distribution of water is proposed by analyzing the information about the orifice velocity and pressure in the simulation results. Through the engineering example, the microscopic changes of the flow field caused by the mutual influence of the porous flow at the same time have a great influence on the evenness of the water distribution.
