1987年12月17～18日,江苏省交通厅,常州市政府在常州市召开了《德胜河魏村船闸工程可行研究报告》审查会。参加会议的有交通部内河局,水运规划设计院,长江航道局南京分局,江苏省建委、交通、水利厅,市,县计委、城乡委、建行、环保、县政府等有关单位的领导专家56人。
December 17-18, 1987, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Communications, Changzhou Municipal Government held in Changzhou City, “Desheng River Wei Village Ship Lock Project feasibility study report” review. Participants at the meeting were leading experts from the Ministry of Communications, the River Transport Bureau, the Water Transport Planning and Design Institute, the Nanjing Branch of the Yangtze River Waterway Bureau, the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Committee, the Transport and Water Resources Department, the Municipal and County Planning Commission, the Urban and Rural Committee, the Construction Bank, the Environmental Protection and the County Government, 56 people.
