为了有效地提高车轴校平机的校平效率,采用了IBM-PC586微机远程监控和PLCFX2-32MR现场测控的分布式控制模式,研制了一种高自动化的校平机控制系统.经运行证明,系统在保证较高的控制精度同时,有很强的抗干扰能力.
In order to effectively improve the leveler leveling efficiency of the axle leveler, the distributed control mode of IBM-PC586 microcomputer remote monitoring and PLCFX2-32MR on-site measurement and control was adopted, and a highly automatic leveler control system was developed. The operation proved that the system guarantees high control accuracy, while a strong anti-interference ability.
