目的探讨济肾汤对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变改善作用的机制。方法诱发大鼠糖尿病4周后,济肾汤给药8周,评价济肾汤对糖尿病大鼠肾脏自由基代谢紊乱和非酶促糖基化作用的影响。结果济肾汤处理可明显提高糖尿病大鼠肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低肾脏和尿液脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)水平,显著减少肾皮质5羟甲基糠醛(5HMF)释放量和肾小球系膜区硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)染色强度。结论减轻肾脏自由基代谢紊乱和抑制非酶促糖基化可能是济肾汤改善糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变的重要机制。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Jishen decoction on the renal lesion in experimental diabetic rats. Methods After 4 weeks of diabetes in rats, Jishen decoction was administered for 8 weeks to evaluate the effects of Jishen Decoction on renal free radical metabolism and non-enzymatic glycosylation in diabetic rats. Results Jishen decoction could significantly increase the activity of renal superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in diabetic rats and decrease the level of lipid peroxides malondialdehyde (MDA) in kidney and urine, and significantly reduce Renal cortex 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5 HMF) release and glomerular mesangial area nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) staining intensity. Conclusion It is possible that Jishen Decoction can improve renal pathological changes in diabetic rats by alleviating the metabolic disorder of free radicals in kidney and inhibiting non-enzymatic glycosylation.
