年轮宽度是进行树轮气候学、树木生长规律及森林生产力测算研究的重要环节,其偏差大小直接影响上述测量结果的准确性和精度。为简单并准确测量年轮宽度,本文介绍了一种借助常用的图象处理软件量测年轮宽度的方法。首先对年轮样品进行扫描,在扫描图像的基础上,利用遥感图像处理软件对样芯的年轮宽度进行提取,并根据三角函数原理对倾斜年轮进行宽度校正,整个过程实现自动化。结果表明:未经校正的年轮宽度与经过校正的年轮宽度存在差异,但校正后精度提高幅度不能确定,主要取决于样芯年轮的倾斜角度,倾角大的年轮校正效果明显。进一步证明图像分析方法在自动提取年轮宽度的适用性。本方法简便、易行,便于普及,在不具备专业年轮测量仪器或软件时,该方法更具有实际意义。
The width of the ring is an important part of the research on the tree-ring climatology, the law of tree growth and the calculation of forest productivity. The size of the deviation directly affects the accuracy and precision of the above measurement results. In order to simply and accurately measure the width of the ring, this paper presents a method of measuring the width of the ring using the popular image processing software. First of all, the sample of annual ring is scanned. Based on the scanned image, the annual ring width of sample core is extracted by using remote sensing image processing software. The width of the annual ring is corrected according to trigonometric function, and the whole process is automated. The results show that there is a difference between the unadulterated ring width and the corrected ring width. However, the accuracy of the correction can not be determined, which is mainly determined by the inclination of the sample ring and the effect of the large-scale annual ring correction. It further proves the applicability of image analysis method in automatically extracting the width of annual rings. The method is simple, easy and easy to popularize. The method is more practical without the professional annual ring measuring instruments or software.
