工业锅炉是以水为介质进行热量的传输与动力的提供。水中杂质不经处理直接进入锅炉,将会带来严重后果;水垢附着受压元件表面,会降低传热效率,增大锅炉能量消耗。锅炉水质的好坏,不仅涉及安全问题,还关系节能减排与经济运行。特种设备安全运行环节中的一项重要内容是锅炉水质监督与管理。锅炉水质的监管工作直接影响能源和资源消耗,重视和加强工业锅炉水处理工作是使用单位的重要职责。
Industrial boilers use water as the medium for heat transfer and power supply.
