以组织创造力的理论框架、内在维度和解释以及测量工具为基础,通过逐步回归方式分别建立了组织绩效与组织创造力内在维度的模型。研究表明:环境创造力和结果创造力是影响组织绩效的主要维度。组织创造力向组织绩效转化的过程中,组织环境支持更为重要,且具有实质性的助推作用。
Based on the theoretical framework of organizational creativity, internal dimensions and explanations, and measurement tools, models of the internal dimensions of organizational performance and organizational creativity are established through stepwise regression. Research shows that environmental creativity and result creativity are the main dimensions that affect organizational performance. In the process of transforming organizational creativity into organizational performance, organizational environmental support is more important and has a substantial boost.
