目的:通过对两年用药情况了解,分析我院用药合理性。方法:选取我院2010～2011年药品使用数据,分别从用药结构、各大类药品用药金额、抗感染药物的使用和处方点评情况进行分析,论述药品使用合理性。结果:两年里药品使用增长率为29.78%,抗感染药物是儿科临床应用最为广泛的一类药物,2011年占全部药品销售金额的35.86%,较2010年下降3.71%,合格处方占97.63%。结论:药品使用结构符合儿科用药特点,抗菌药物使用比较合理,“特殊使用”抗菌药物仍需进一步规范,建议医院健全抗菌药物分级管理制度的执行措施。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the rationality of medication in our hospital through the understanding of two years of medication. Methods: The data of drug use in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 were selected and analyzed from the structure of drug use, the amount of drugs used in each major category, the use of anti-infective drugs and the reviews of prescriptions. The rationality of drug use was discussed. Results: The growth rate of drug use in two years was 29.78%. Anti-infectives were the most widely used drugs in pediatrics. The total amount of drug sales in 2011 was 35.86%, down 3.71% from 2010 and 97.63% . Conclusion: The structure of drug use conforms to the characteristics of pediatric medicine, and the use of antibacterials is reasonable. The antibacterials for special use still need to be further regulated, and it is suggested that the hospital should improve the implementation of antibacterial drug classification management system.
