科学合理的教师评价会有助于学校的管理,有利于教师专业水平的提高,有助于促进学生的学业进步。但目前许多中小学教师评价状况不容乐观,由于评价主体专业知识缺乏表现出的无奈,以及对评价对象不恰当的评价,导致评价结果产生的消极因素,都对体育教师评价教学工作产生了极大的影响,构建一套合适的教师评价体系就成为了一种需要。
Scientific and reasonable evaluation of teachers will contribute to the management of schools, to the improvement of professional standards of teachers, and to the promotion of students’ academic progress. However, at present, the evaluation status of many teachers in primary and secondary schools is not optimistic. Due to the lack of help from the professional knowledge of the evaluation subject and the inappropriate evaluation of evaluation objects, the negative factors that lead to the evaluation results all have great impact on the teaching evaluation of PE teachers. The impact of building a proper teacher evaluation system has become a need.
