牙槽骨裂植骨术是一种广泛应用的外科手术,用来引导邻近的牙齿到植骨区,当邻牙由于先天性缺失或因牙病不能保留时,自体牙移植就是一个选择。但是骨移植术后何时进行牙齿移植缺乏组织学研究报告。本文作者报告了两例,并提供了组织学研究方法及移植牙的最佳临床时机。 病例1 患者男性,15岁。右侧完全性唇裂及牙槽骨裂,右侧切牙缺失。14岁时行髂骨松质骨和骨髓移植,小块髂骨留作组织学检查。4月后CT检查确认移植的骨桥的宽和高度足够容纳移植牙,6月后下右中切牙移植于植骨区。术中,大体观,移植的骨桥形态良好,新生成的皮质骨和邻近骨皮质连续。取骨桥骨作病理
Alveolar fracture Bone grafting is a widely used surgical procedure used to guide adjacent teeth to the bone graft. Autologous dental grafts are an option when the adjacent tooth is not due to congenital absence or due to dental problems. However, there is a lack of histological studies of when to transplant the tooth after bone transplantation. The authors reported two cases and provided the best clinical timing for histological methods and transplanted teeth. Case 1 Patient Male, 15 years old. Right cleft lip and alveolar fracture, the right incisor missing. At the age of 14 Iliac cancellous bone and bone marrow transplantation, small iliac bone for histological examination. After 4 months CT examination confirmed that the width and height of the transplanted bone bridge is sufficient to accommodate the transplanted teeth, and the lower right central incisor transplanted to the bone graft area after 6 months.
