研究了装配形式与动力学约束的关系,提出了一种基于装配模型的虚拟样机建模方法。通过装配形式与动力学约束的一一映射,将各个约束模型搭建成整体虚拟样机模型。分析了基于装配的虚拟样机建模原理,研究了Pro/E中几种装配约束与动力学约束模块的对应关系,以及齿轮传动模型的建模方法。利用Simulink下面向机构分析的Sim Mechanics对一个自建的简单机构进行了概念验证。验证结果表明基于装配模型的虚拟样机建模的方法可行,此方法为研究装配对样机性能的影响奠定了技术基础。
The relationship between assembly form and dynamic constraint was studied, and a virtual prototype modeling method based on assembly model was proposed. Through the one-to-one mapping between the assembly form and the dynamic constraint, each constraint model is built into the overall virtual prototype model. The principle of assembly-based virtual prototyping was analyzed. The correspondence between several assembly constraints and dynamic constraint modules in Pro / E and the modeling method of gear transmission model were studied. A self-constructed, simple mechanism was proof-of-concept using Sim Mechanink’s Sim Mechanics for Institutional Analysis. The verification results show that the method of virtual prototyping based on assembly model is feasible. This method lays the technical foundation for studying the influence of assembly on prototype performance.
