利用水中蒸馏和水上蒸馏提取薰衣草挥发油,采用试剂盒法对其抗氧化活性进行测定,应用GC-MS技术测定其化学成分,结果表明水中蒸馏所的薰衣草挥发油的抗氧化能力比水上蒸馏所的薰衣草挥发油的抗氧化能力强,共鉴定出20种化合物,其中主要的且相同的化合物有6种,分别占相对百分含量的63.03%和75.57%,芳樟醇的含量分别占相对百分含量的43.46%和27.06%,这可能是导致不同方法提取的薰衣草挥发油抗氧化能力不同的主要原因。
The lavender volatile oil was extracted by water distillation and water distillation. The antioxidant activity of lavender was determined by kit method. The chemical composition was determined by GC-MS. The results showed that the antioxidant capacity of lavender volatile oil in distilled water was higher than that of lavender Volatile oil has strong antioxidant capacity, 20 compounds were identified, of which 6 are the main and same compounds, accounting for 63.03% and 75.57% of the relative percentage respectively. The content of linalool in relative percentage 43.46% and 27.06% respectively, which may be the main reason for the different antioxidant capacity of lavender volatile oil extracted by different methods.
