《中华人民共和国药典》一九八五年版,对氯霉素滴眼液的pH值控制范围有新的规定,即pH值应为6.8～7.4,而原《中国药典》一九七七年版规定该制剂pH值为5.8～6.5 对此,我们将该制剂的处方作了适当改进。1.新、老处方:新处方老处方氯霉素 0.25g 0.25g硼砂0.12g 0.045g硼酸1.1g 2.0g尼泊金乙酯 0.025gEDTA-2Na 0.01g氯化钠 0.5g醋酸苯汞或硝酸苯汞 0.002g配制全量均至100ml。制备方法.称取硼砂、硼酸、氯化钠、醋酸苯汞(或硝酸苯汞).加适量无菌蒸馏水,加热溶解,待溶液温度降至适宜时.加入氯霉素溶解,加无菌蒸馏水至全量.过滤,测pH值,分装,即得。讨论小结:(1)本品按新处方制备pH值均控制在6.8～7.4之间。(2)氯霉素在pH值7以上易发生脱氯反应.氯化钠的存在,使其之脱氯反应不易发生。
