电力系统电网电压波动时常发生,而这种现象在煤矿井下的供电系统中尤为严重,为保证井下设备安全可靠运行,煤矿用直流稳压电源必须满足MT/T408-1995《煤矿用直流稳压电源》源效应试验技术要求。但用于该试验的试验装置,多采用交流调压器调压模拟实现,试验的准确性和效率相对低下;为此文章介绍了一种以ATMEGA16 AVR单片机作为主控芯片,以交流固态继电器作为切换开关,以多抽头变压器为主电路设计而成的交流电压阶跃试验装置。该装置实现了不同电压之间的阶跃功能,阶跃时间不超过一个工频周期,提高了MT/T408-1995《煤矿用直流稳压电源》源效应试验的精度和效率,对矿用电源检验工作有十分重要的意义。
