利用反螺旋理论探索新的简单有效的独立悬架导向机构,提出了独立悬架导向机构创新方法,并且利用该方法综合得到了现所有的闭链式独立悬架导向机构,同时得到了4种新型悬架导向机构。对其中一种新型转向轮悬架导向机构建立ADAMS模型,通过灵敏度分析寻找仅对单一目标变量有较大影响的设计变量,针对每个目标变量分别进行初步优化,然后联合Isight软件利用第二代遗传算法进行多目标精优化,结果表明该悬架导向机构拥有较好的导向性能,从而验证了悬架导向机构创新方法的实用性。
A new simple and effective independent suspension guide mechanism is explored by using anti-helix theory. An innovative method of independent suspension guide mechanism is proposed. With this method, all the existing closed chain independent suspension guide mechanisms are obtained. At the same time, four New suspension guide mechanism. ADAMS model was established for one of the new steering wheel suspension guide mechanisms. The sensitivity analysis was used to find the design variables that had a great influence on single target variables. The optimization was carried out for each target variable. Then, with the help of Isight software, The results show that the suspension guidance mechanism has good guidance performance, which verifies the practicability of the innovation method of the suspension guidance mechanism.
