目的 探讨中药川芎嗪对烫伤动物 (豚鼠 )肾脏的保护作用。方法 复制 30 %TBSAⅢ度烫伤动物 (豚鼠 )模型 ,并随机分成复苏组和治疗组 ,每组均在烫伤后 2、4、8、12、2 4、4 8h 6个时相点 ,分别抽腹腔静脉血 2~ 3ml,用放免法测血浆ADM、ET数值 ;同时在伤后 4、12、2 4、4 8h 4个时相点切取肾脏标本 ,用电镜观察肾脏超微结构改变 ;另设正常对照组。结果 ①血浆ADM :伤后两组各时相点均显著升高 (P <0 0 5) ,8h达峰值 ,两组比较复苏组低于治疗组 ,在 4、8、12、4 8h各时相点差异有显著性 (P<0 0 5)。②血浆ET两组各时相点均显著升高 (P<0 0 1) ,治疗组升高明显低于复苏组 ,在 12h内差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5,P <0 0 1)。③ADM与ET具有剂量相关性。④肾脏电镜观察 :两组伤后 4h即出现明显病理改变 ,12h最严重 ,4 8h后减轻。治疗组损害明显轻于复苏组。结论 ADM与ET含量变化 ,参与了烧伤休克的发病过程 ,中药川芎嗪可减轻严重烫伤后肾脏的损害 ,提高ADM与ET的比值 ,对烫伤动物豚鼠肾脏有保护作用 ,ADM有协同作用
Objective To investigate the protective effect of ligustrazine on the kidneys of burned animals (guinea pigs). Methods A 30% TBSA scald animal (guinea pig) model was replicated and randomly divided into a resuscitation group and a treatment group. Each group was randomly divided into a resuscitation group and a treatment group. Each group received 6 abdominal aspirations at 2, 4, 8, 12, 24, and 48 hours after scald. The venous blood was 2 to 3 ml, and the ADM and ET values were measured by radioimmunoassay. At the same time, the kidney specimens were taken at 4, 12, 24, and 48 hours after injury. The ultrastructure of the kidney was observed by electron microscopy; Control group. Results 1 Plasma ADM: Significantly increased at each time point after injury (P < 0.05), peaked at 8h, and the resuscitation group was lower than the treatment group at 4th, 8th, 12th, and 48th hour. The difference in phase points was significant (P<0 05). 2 Plasma ET was significantly higher at each time point (P < 0 01), and the increase was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the resuscitation group. There was a significant difference within 12 hours (P <0 0 5, P <0 0 1). ). 3ADM has a dose-related relationship with ET. 4 Electron microscopy of the kidneys: There were obvious pathological changes at 4 h after injury in both groups, which were most severe at 12 h and decreased after 48 h. The treatment group was significantly less damaged than the resuscitation group. Conclusion The changes of ADM and ET participate in the pathogenesis of burn shock. Traditional Chinese medicine ligustrazine can reduce the damage of kidney after severe scald, increase the ratio of ADM and ET, and protect the kidney of burned animal guinea pigs. ADM has a synergistic effect.
