模拟公司制所谓模拟公司制,就是指公司内部设立分公司的制度,即同属一家公司的各个业务领域,能像一个独立的公司那样进行营运。这一制度的特征在于,各模拟公司的权限比以往的业务部大,并且分得一部分资金,不肩负提高资金收益的责任,还被赋予投入新资金的决定权。模拟公司制有以下几个优点:对模拟公司来说,可以迅速做出决定,使组织充满活力,而且负有明确的责任;对总公司来说,可以建立简洁的经济体制,培养担任未来总经理的人才,并使根据收益来分配经营资源的效率进一步提高。不过以下两点值得注意:
