采用LabVIEW开发平台,按照模块化和结构分层设计思想,设计了一套风洞流场控制软件。软件包括上位运行管理和现场实时应用软件两部分,运行管理软件负责参数管理和试验调度,实时应用软件采集现场传感信息并依据试验要求实现风洞压力、位置闭环控制。风洞综合性能调试表明,软件功能完善,满足风洞多种试验工况流场控制要求,并且软件功能分层清晰、结构设计合理、可维护性强、易扩展,为新建风洞流场控制软件开发提供了一种可靠的解决方案。
Using the LabVIEW development platform, a set of wind tunnel flow field control software was designed according to the modular and hierarchical design concept. The software includes superordinate operation management and on-site real-time application software. The operation management software is responsible for parameter management and trial scheduling. Real-time application software collects the on-site sensor information and wind tunnel pressure and position closed-loop control according to the test requirements. The overall performance of the wind tunnel debugging shows that the software has perfect functions to meet the flow field control requirements of a variety of test conditions in the wind tunnel, and the software functions are hierarchically clear, the structure is designed reasonably, the maintainability is strong, and the scalability is easy for the new wind tunnel flow field control Software development provides a reliable solution.
