本文通过7组吡喹酮疗法治疗山区血吸虫病重流行区患者共517例的疗效比较,成人以总剂量70mg/kg均分2次,1日疗法的疗效可达92.7％,副反应也不重,为较适用于山区血吸虫病重流行区的简便有效治疗方案;并对这类地区患者疗效较低的可能因素进行了讨论。
