传统上,秘书这一职业在技术方面总是被人以“含金量不高”诟病,所以,以往秘书准入门槛低,几乎不需要在职培训。而在“30%艺术”方面,虽然全国500余所院校开设文秘课程,培养专业的文秘人才,但是单一的教学模式,千篇一律的人才培养方案无法形成独特的专业优势,这少部分的“艺术”仍然没有学扎实。本文以西南某大学汉语言文学专业(财经文秘方向)人才培养方案为例,简单地阐述了当前秘书教育存在的些许问题,并以此提出相关的优化方案。
Traditionally, the profession of secretary has always been criticized in terms of technology as “low gold content.” Therefore, in the past, there was a low threshold for secretary admission and almost no on-the-job training was required. In “30% Art”, though more than 500 colleges and universities nationwide offer secretarial courses and cultivate professional secretarial talents, the single teaching mode and the one-size-fits-all personnel training programs can not form a unique professional advantage. “Art ” still did not learn solid. This paper takes a program of Chinese language and literature major (the direction of financial secretarial staff) of a certain university in southwest China as an example to briefly explain some existing problems in secretarial education and put forward relevant optimization plans.
