目的了解影响中学生伤害发生的行为特征,为中学生伤害的预防提供依据。方法采用青少年自评量表(YSR)对171例伤害组学生和171例对照组学生进行行为评定,比较伤害组和对照组各行为因子的平均得分,以非条件Logistic回归分析探索伤害与各行为因子及同伴好友相关行为之间的关联。结果伤害组行为问题的检出率(15.79%)高于对照组(8.19%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.683,P<0.05);伤害组男生、女生行为自评总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(男生:t=2.942,P=0.004;女生t=3.766,P=0.001);多因素Logistic回归分析显示注意缺陷(OR=5.376)、思维问题(OR=3.672)、社交问题(OR=2.204)及同伴好友相关行为是伤害的危险因素。结论学生的行为问题和同伴行为对学生的伤害发生有显著影响,有行为问题者是伤害发生的危险人群。
Objective To understand the behavioral traits that affect the injury of middle school students and provide the basis for the prevention of injuries among middle school students. Methods Adolescents’ self-rating scale (YSR) was used to evaluate the behavior of 171 injured students and 171 control subjects. The average score of each behavioral factor in injury group and control group was compared. The non-conditional Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between injury and behavior Correlation between factors and peer buddy behaviors. Results The detection rate of behavioral problems in injury group (15.79%) was higher than that in control group (8.19%), the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.683, P <0.05) In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (male: t = 2.942, P = 0.004; female t = 3.766, P = 0.001); multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that attention deficit (OR = 5.376) , Social problems (OR = 2.204), and peer-friend related behaviors were the risk factors of injury. Conclusions Students ’behavioral problems and companion behaviors have a significant impact on the students’ injuries. People with behavioral problems are the risk groups of injuries.
