采用常规设计方法对长圆形平盖进行厚度计算,计算所得结果较厚,制造成本较高。为此,采用在平盖外侧使用槽钢加强筋和加强铁的方法来减小壁厚。本文采用ANSYS有限元方法对加筋长圆形开孔平盖进行应力分析和强度校核,并且在满足设备正常运行的情况下以长圆形开孔平盖厚度、槽钢加强筋高度、槽钢加强筋厚度、槽钢加强筋宽度4个参数变量进行优化计算。研究结果表明:优化后的质量比原结构下降了15.6%,对于长圆形开孔平盖的设计有一定的参考价值。
Using the conventional design method to calculate the thickness of the oblong flat cover, the calculation result is thicker and the manufacturing cost is higher.
