糖尿病患者红细胞膜 ATPase 活性往往降低,这是发生糖尿病并发症的主要因素之一。目前,对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者红细胞膜 ATPase 活性改变的影响因素尚缺乏全面报道。我们测定了Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血浆空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、红细胞谷胱甘肽(GSH)、血红蛋白 Alc(HbAlc)水平和红细胞膜 Na~+,K~+-ATPase及Ca~(++)-ATPase 活性,以探讨 NIDDM 患者红细胞膜
Diabetic plasma membrane ATPase activity tend to decrease, which is one of the major complications of diabetes. At present, there is no comprehensive report on the influencing factors of the change of ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in patients with type II diabetes. We measured plasma levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), lipid peroxides (LPO), red blood cell glutathione (GSH), hemoglobin Alc (HbAlc) levels and erythrocyte membrane Na ~ +, K ~ + -ATPase and Ca ~ (++) - ATPase activity were measured to explore the red blood cell membrane in patients with NIDDM
