以1-2年生留圃苗根桩为母株，进行长序榆采穗圃密度和留萌条数量试验，并探讨了母桩不同地径、高度对萌条量的影响。结果表明，母桩高度在一定范围内对萌条量影响不大，而母桩地径与萌条量关系密切，并确定了较适宜的留萌条数量与密度的关系。
The 1-2 years old nursery stock root stump was used as the mother plant to test the density and the number of sprouting stalk of the stalk elm. The effects of different diameter and height of the stump on the streak number were also discussed. The results showed that the pile height had little effect on the sprouting capacity within a certain range, while the diameter of the spar was closely related to the sprouting capacity. The relationship between the suitable number of sprouting bars and the density was determined.
