本项目以“城市中小学生营养状况与干预策略研究”为基础,以北京市顺义区“城市中小学生‘校园营养食育’策略研究”试点为引领,在我国8个省/市的8区/县的12所中小学中开展以预防和控制儿童多种形式营养不良为核心的综合干预试点。针对学生、家长、教师、食堂工作人员以及学校管理者开展以营养健康教育、身体活动促进、营养供餐支持为主要内容的干预活动,并创建校园营养支持环境。项目第一阶段干预时间为2017年度,最终以期探索有效的、可推广的、可借鉴的、适合不同地区的、以学校为基础的中小学生营养与健康综合干预模式。
This project is based on the research on nutrition status and intervention strategies of urban primary and secondary school students and is piloted by a pilot project of “nutrition and food education of urban primary and secondary school students” in Shunyi District of Beijing. 8 districts / counties in 12 primary and secondary schools to carry out prevention and control of children with various forms of malnutrition as the core of a comprehensive intervention pilot. For students, parents, teachers, canteen staff and school administrators to carry out nutrition and health education, physical activity promotion, nutrition feeding support as the main content of the intervention and create a campus nutrition support environment. The first phase of intervention will be 2017, with the ultimate goal of exploring comprehensive, effective school-based primary and secondary school nutrition and health intervention models that are effective, affordable and accessible to different regions.
