The author used the SAS anxiety self-rating scale and the SDS self-rating depression scale, and compiled a 34-question questionaire to conduct a psychological survey of patients with breast cancer from six months to six years after surgery. The results showed that 28.4% had anxiety symptoms. Within the next two years as high as 34%), the incidence of depressive symptoms was 34% (49% within two years after surgery), which was slightly lower than the incidence of anxiety and depressive symptoms of malignant tumors at home and abroad [1, 6]. The main causes of postoperative mental disorders are fear of relapse and treatment incomplete, discrimination, feelings of inferiority, fear of sexual life affecting health, and stressful relationship between husband and wife. Doctors should take proper psychological treatment and improve the quality of life.
