1982年试验结果表明,连续四年种植抗病棉的重病因可以种植常规棉.参试品种8个,其中抗病品种7个,计有:通76-399,通77-399,省9101,75-9-9,中棉所8号,抗6,陕1155;一个常规品种泗阳835(对照).试验地选用历年发病重且连续四年种植抗病棉品种的田块.随机区组排列,重复四次,小区宽8尺,长30尺,面积240尺~2.等行距2.7尺,实收密度3500株左右.砂性壤土,肥力水平较高,前茬矮早三大麦.4月18日统一播种.种籽均经硫酸脱绒处理.未施基肥.5月31日亩施入畜肥8担,尿素10斤.7月25日花铃肥亩施硫铵25斤,折纯氮8.2斤.
