目的:观察准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK)术前、术后眼压的动态变化,以监测激素性高眼压或青光眼。方法:①用NCT眼压计测量286例PRK术前及术后1个月至1年各期眼压,对眼压的动态变化进行分析;②对PRK术后3个月以上者 40眼分别用 NCT眼压计与Schiotz眼压计检查眼压,并加以比较。结果:PRK术后早期的眼压个体差异大,为0.67kPa至6Pa。远期眼压较术前明显降低,为1.44kPa比2.01kPa,P<0.01,本组激素性高眼压发生率为14%,多见于激素滴眼的第1个月。用NCT眼压计与Schiotz眼压计检查的均值差为0.85kPa。结论:PRK术后眼压的动态变化反映了个体间对激素反应的差异。判断PRK术后激素性高眼压及青光眼不仅要参考眼压的数值,还须动态分析眼压。
Objective: To observe the dynamic changes of intraocular pressure (IOP) before and after excimer laser keratectomy (PRK) in order to monitor the high intraocular pressure or glaucoma. Methods: ① The intraocular pressure (IOP) of 286 patients with pre-PRK and 1 month-1 year after operation were measured by NCT tonometer, and the intraocular pressure (IOP) dynamic changes were analyzed; (2) 40 eyes of more than 3 months The intraocular pressure was examined with a NCT tonometer and a Schiotz tonometer, and compared. Results: The intraocular pressure (IOP) individuals at the early stage of PRK varied greatly from 0.67 kPa to 6 Pa. Long-term intraocular pressure was significantly lower than preoperative, 1.44kPa than 2.01kPa, P <0.01, the group of 14% incidence of elevated ocular hypertension, more common in the first month of hormone eye drops. The mean difference between the NCT tonometer and the Schiotz tonometer was 0.85 kPa. CONCLUSIONS: The dynamic changes of intraocular pressure after PRK reflect the differences in individual hormone responses. To determine the PRK postoperative intraocular hypertension and glaucoma not only to refer to the value of intraocular pressure, intraocular pressure must also be dynamically analyzed.
