在金融危机严峻形势下,很多没有做好准备的中小企业陷入了经济危机之中,有的甚至面临破产,而做好合理应对举措的企业就轻松地度过了这个寒冷的冬天。笔者从人力资源储备、合理管理人才和企业战略变革三个角度分析中小企业人才管理策略和企业发展战略,对中小企业应对金融危机带来的挑战有重要的现实意义。
Under the severe circumstances of the financial crisis, many unprepared SMEs were caught in the economic crisis, and some even faced bankruptcy, and companies that took reasonable steps to cope with it easily spent this cold winter. The author analyzes the talent management strategy and enterprise development strategy of the small and medium-sized enterprises from the three perspectives of the human resources reserve, the reasonable management talents and the enterprise strategic transformation, and has important practical significance for the challenges brought by the small and medium-sized enterprises to deal with the financial crisis.
